“Coup” trial postponed indefinitely

The trial in case “Coup” has been postponed indefinitely because the two new lay judges had no security certificates.

The “Coup” case involves opposition leader Zoran Zaev and other individuals charged with espionage, illegal surveillance and violence against top state officials. The Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption opened the case, which was later taken over by the Special Prosecutor’s Office because of its link to the illegal wiretapping.
