DUI’s Osmani says elections were free, fair and democratic

Bujar Osmani, spokesman for the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), said that the party considers the early general elections to be free, fair and democratic, with only minor irregularities in the process.

“DUI considers the conduct of the elections to be our first victory. Every time when our party is in some way involved in organizing the elections, through our participation in the institutions of the Government, we show the proper way to do it and to allow voters to express their free will in a dignified way. The most important phase remains, and that is counting the votes”, said Osmani.

He called on the people participating in the remaining process and on all the voters to remain calm and dignified. Osmani added that DUI expects a major win for the party in the elections.
