Eye Cue to represent Macedonia at the Eurovision in Lisbon

Eye Cue’s song “Lost and found” has been chosen as this year’s Macedonian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest taking place in Lisbon later this year. The music and lyrics were written by Bojan Trajkovski, and the song was produced by Darko Dimitrov.

Macedonian Radio Television’s public call for a song to represent Macedonia in Lisbon resulted in 323 entries, of which 12 were shortlisted. Each of these was awarded points by a jury of eight music industry professionals and ranked according to the Eurovision voting system.

When the points were tallied up, the jury unanimously announced “Lost and Found” the winner.

Eye Cue’s members are Bojan Trajkovski (vocals/guitar), Marija Ivanovska  (vocals), and Ivo Mitkovski (drums).

“The song has a contemporary sound, impressive lyrics, and extraordinary vocals. The band will represent Macedonia well at the prestigious music event,” Macedonian Radio Television’s press release says.
