Gruevski: We demand freedom for patriots, national reconciliation is needed!

With all the condemnation of the violence of individuals, with full sympathy for those who were physically attacked or injured, but taking into account the wrong steps of the government, VMRO-DPMNE proposed a law on amnesty for the participants of the incident on 27 April 2017 and the beginning of a national reconciliation period. Because this revanchism does not lead us anywhere. It’s enough.

Vlado Jovanovski, Igor Durlovski, Boris Damovski, Bogdan Ilievski, Mitko Chavkov, his colleagues and many other citizens are NOT terrorists. They are NOT Terrorists. It’s a false accusation. The six MPs of VMRO-DPMNE and the Coalition are NOT terrorists. It’s a false accusation, it’s injustice. They were only in their workplace in the Parliament and they didn’t kill or injure anyone. We demand freedom for the patriots. We demand freedom for the unjustly detained. National reconciliation is needed to stop the injustices, to stop political persecutions. To stop witch-hunts and set ups, pressures and intimidation. To stop the injustices in Macedonia, Gruevski said.

The leader of VMRO-DPMNE stressed that Macedonia needs reforms, NATO and EU accession, progress, investments, new jobs and, above all, justice.

Macedonia doesn’t need revenge and injustice. The people ask for a better life, a higher standard, higher pensions, wages, problem solving and above all justice! Today, from here we say: Injustice is done is recognized every day, but times will change. The people will return the state and restore justice in Macedonia. There must be justice. The mistakes of the government must stop and they will stop because these people are asking for it, Gruevski said.

He added that Macedonia must be a strong, successful European country.
