Gruevski: We will bring new investments in order to create new jobs

In this election, we saw that the other side has no serious projects and programs, and that’s why they were talking about air, and made empty promises. They saw that they cannot compare to our work and they conducted criminal election, pointed out VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski at a rally in the municipality of Karbinci.

Gruevski said that according to VMRO-DPMNE, a number of irregularities occurred in the first round of local elections such as the incident in Shuto Orizari, the shooting of a candidate for a councilor, broken VMRO-DPMNE headquarters, bribing votes.

The end goal is to break every Macedonian who cares about his country, who loves his language and identity, said Gruevski. He added that the economy is sinking, industrial production falls, and foreign investments are gone.

According to him, the current government is a treacherous puppet that was brought to power by other forces that have made it possible to forge local elections. “There is no state in which a puppet government has survived for too long,” Gruevski said.

The leader of VMRO-DPMNE noted that in Karbinci in 2006 there were 280 employees, and at the end of 2016 – 550 people or twice as much. He announced free meal for pupils from first through fifth grade, obtaining own home for the families in Karbinci with a symbolic starting price of one euro per square meter and exemption of utilities.

“We will also build a new school, we will reconstruct the treatment plant, we will reconstruct many streets in Karbinci, and most of all we will bring new investments in order to create new jobs,” Gruevski said.

VMRO-DPMNE candidate for mayor of Karbinci, Zoran Minov, promised that at the request of potential investors the municipality will carry out urbanization of new locations for industrial zones, primarily for light and non-polluting industry.
