Jakovlevski: Zaev is also being wiretapped, his tapes are about to be revealed

Seasoned political activist Mane Jakovlevski claims that a “friendly, neighboring country” is about to publish wiretaps of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.

– Zaev was also being recorded by foreign intelligence agencies. There are conversations which will reveal how much money he took in order to sign the treaty with Greece and what he did to take over the Government even after he lost the 2016 elections to VMRO-DPMNE, Jakovlevski said in an interview with Alfa TV. He indicated that the conversations will show the ways in which Zaev threatened and pressured Albanian voters to support him.

Zaev took over the Government after the long political crisis he caused by publishing wiretaps of officials from the Nikola Gruevski led Government. The source of these wiretaps remained uncertain, with rogue Macedonian intelligence officers being charged of abusing the systems, while Zaev himself, in secretly reported conversations with Gruevski, said that the source is a foreign intelligence service.
