Macedonia’s Culture Minister attends 3rd UNWTO/UNESCO World Conference on Tourism and Culture in Istanbul

Macedonia’s Ministry of Culture informed that in the period from 3 to 5 December 2018, Minister Asaf Ademi will attend the 3rd World Conference on Tourism and Culture: Benefits for All, organized by the Government and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism od the Republic of Turkey, UNWTO and UNESCO.

The event will be attended by senior representatives of UNWTO/UNESCO, ministers and deputy ministers of culture from many parts of the world, representatives of the World Bank, the private sector and other eminent guests.

During the conference, Minister Ademi will address today (3 December), the forum of ministers, representatives of several countries, on the topic: Strengthening cooperation between stakeholders in tourism and culture.

On the sidelines of the conference, Ademi will hold a bilateral meeting with the Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, as well as with his countrerparts from the participating countries at this important gathering.

During his visit to Turkey, Minister Ademi will also attend the opening of an exhibition of artefacts from the Museum of the City of Skopje and a concert by DUO Skupi, an event organized by the Cultural-Information Center of the Republic of Macedonia in Istanbul.
