Mickoski: The shorter this government lasts – the better for the citizens

The World Bank came up with a report saying that Macedonia is the only country in the region that slows growth for the Western Balkan countries. He cites 2017 with zero percent growth and says that this is due to the political crisis, bad weather, etc. but says that in 2018 the government predicted the economy to grow by 3.2%, but will not grow more than 2, 3%.

Again, we have 1% that the government previously foresaw, but can not fulfill it due to lack of capacity and ideas, and that 1% represents exactly 120 million euros. It is even more alarming that there are no foreign investments, says VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski in an interview with Prisma.

As long as the Government behaves arrogantly and does not recognize the results of the past, we will be convincingly locked in the bottom. We are no longer measured with Europe, but with the region, and here we are the last, said Mickoski, who added that there is no dilemma that the shorter this government lasts  – the better for the citizens.
