New border crossing between Macedonia and Greece

Markova Noga border crossing in the Prespa region between Macedonia and Greece should open by 2023, and the entire project is estimated at EUR 4,6 million, said Government Spokesperson Mile Bosnjakovski on Wednesday.

According to him, the border crossing is yet to be precisely defined, whether it is the same as the rest, but it is certain that it will have the necessary infrastructure.

The funds for the border crossing will be provided through the bilateral cross-border cooperation program 2014-2020, Bosnjakovski informed.
