On June 2, people raise their voice against the fatal rule of SDSM-led government

VMRO-DPMNE and the coalition are organizing a protest on June 2 at 20:00h outside Macedonia’s government building, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski announced after Tuesday’s session of the party’s Central Committee. The people, as he says, raise their voice against the fatal rule of this government. Asked why the protest was delayed, which was initially announced in May, Mickoski says:

We anticipated all possible dates in May. We had a serious discussion about the terms when this protest would be held. You know that VMRO-DPMNE is in the phase of reorganization and restructuring, more than 40 Municipal Committees have a new or confirmed old structure in the Municipal Committee.

“It’s been almost a year since SDSM came to power, ie SDSM-led government in a coalition with DUI. A year with unfulfilled expectations, unrealized promises, the economy is completely destroyed. We see that there are no reforms in education or in health care, nor in social, absolutely empty political pamphlets. A year of great disappointments in the Republic of Macedonia and it is logical that VMRO-DPMNE, as a responsible, state-oriented, serious party, opened a party debate about what happened to the Republic of Macedonia in the past year, the SDSM-led government. But at the same time to offer a Gantt chart of activities that will follow in the coming period,” Mickovski said.
