Gruevski: Modern city market, new kindergartens, sports and recreation complexes – many projects for Strumica

We continue to follow our path, with your full support, with the same love and devotion as the first day. I sincerely believe that the October 15 elections will end with the best results for our Macedonia. Our people will come to the right services, services they deserve, VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski said at Sunday’s rally in Strumica.

“The new era for Strumica brings many new projects from the program. We are planning a reconstruction of the city square and the “Blagoj Mucheto” street. In the new program we are planning to build a modern city market covering an area of 30,000 m2, with modern shops and a large parking space. We will continue to invest in the road infrastructure. We are planning to build the boulevard Kliment Ohridski on the strech from Zito Strumica to the exit of the city towards Valandovo. The existing street will grow into a boulevard. Extension will be made with two more lanes with surrounding pavements, and the length of the boulevard will be 2.7 km. We are also planning to build a new boulevard on the strech from “Bratstvo i edinstvo” street, by the bus station and connecting to the roundabout Strumica – Novo Selo. The boulevard will be with a total of four lanes, which will ensure a fast flow of vehicles and people. This will contribute to reducing traffic jams and faster access to the settlements of Prosenikovo, Saraj, Piperevo and others. We project construction of 5 km long local road Vodoca – Vodoca Dam. We project reconstruction of the Krushevo Republic Street and the arrangement of the canal, installation of benches, fences and candelabras,” Gruevski says.

He noted that the sewerage networks in Dabile, Dobrejci, Prosenikovo, Sachevo, Bansko, Veljusa and Vodoca will be built.

“We are planning to build three new kindergartens in Strumica, Kuklish and Murtino. We are planning to build a sports and recreational complex on the Trkanja river for all generations, with a pedestrian path, cycling path, skate park, gazebos, urban equipment and other accompanying elements. We will build a sports hall in the primary school Nikola Vapcarov. In parallel, we are planning to build a modern cycling route that, in addition to the metropolitan area, will include the strech between the village Kuklish and Bansko,” the leader of VMRO-DPMNE emphasized.

He stressed that the construction of tennis courts in Strumica is also planned, and the municipality will subsidize complete energy efficient facades for buildings older than 40 years.
