Tsipras-Tusk phone conversation ahead of Sofia Summit


Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and President of the European Council Donald Tusk had Tuesday a phone conversation to discuss the difference between Greece and its neighbors, efforts aimed at finding a name solution as well as preparations ahead of the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Sofia, MIA reports from Athens.

“President Tusk welcomed the efforts of the Greek government to settle differences with its neighboring countries, which is also a precondition for their integration prospect. The Prime Minister noted that Greece has been always playing a constructive role in Balkan stability and growth, Tsipras’ cabinet said in a statement.
