Tzanakopoulos: Majority in place for Prespa Agreement ratification in Greek parliament

Greek government spokesperson Dimitris Tzanakopoulos says the Prespa Agreement will be ratified in the Greek parliament, MIA reports from Athens.

“We can see from the statements given thus far that there is a realistic majority for ratification of the Prespa Agreement in the Greek parliament,” Tzanakopoulos told radio Real FM.

Asked about the possibility of early elections in Greece due to the Prespa Agreement, Tzanakopoulos says he has continually listened to scenarios about snap elections since 2016 and added that the PM wants to complete the four-year term.
