Following Tuesday’s powerful earthquake that struck Albania, 524 earthquakes have been registered in the area so far, according to the seismology department at the Institute of Science in Tirana.

Four earthquakes measuring over 4.5 on the Richter scale have been registered, including the 6.3 magnitude one, registered on Tuesday at 03:55 am.

Meanwhile, as many as seven aftershocks ranged in intensity from 4 to 4.5 degrees, about 17 between 3.5 and 3.9 degrees, while others were weaker.

The latest earthquake this morning was measuring 3.4 degrees, with the epicenter in the Adriatic Sea, reports ATA.
