Vecer is reporting that the Culture Ministry union is especially angered after reports that the Finance Ministry approved a 30 percent salary hike for its own workers, but is refusing a similar request for the Culture Ministry. Finance Minister Fatmir Besimi cited the economic crisis as reason to refuse the request.
