VMRO-DPMNE responded to claims from Prime Minister Kovacevski that he reduced the unemployment rate to 15 percent by pointing to the statistics in more detail.

According to the opposition parties, there are no new jobs being opened – in fact, the number of active employees and job seekers dropped by over 30,000, with even decline between those who are employed or who are seeking jobs.

At the same time we see an increase of work permits in the EU to over 26,000. This indicates that our citizens simply do not see their future in Macedonia under Zoran Zaev and Dimitar Kovacevski, VMRO-DPMNE said in a statement.
