Alliance for Albanians MPs will not vote on the proposed prosecution law because the incoming version of the law in parliament is not the same as agreed, MP Surija Rushiti says.
It is true that the Alliance for Albanians had their remarks on the draft version of the Prosecution Law and many of them were accepted by Minister Deskoska. But what came to Parliament is not the same draft-law. Article 110 provides for amnesty, and we will never accept a law on public prosecution that allows amnesty, says Rushiti.
Earlier, BESA announced that they would not back the controversial law.
