The Anti-Corruption Commission will appeal the decision of the Administrative Court, which ruled in favor of former President Gjorge Ivanov. He filed a lawsuit against the Anti-Corruption Commission, which initiated infringement proceedings against him for promotions in the Army.

The Anti-Corruption Commission president Biljana Ivanovska informed Monday that they would appeal to the Higher Administrative Court.

The Administrative Court has reviewed Ivanov’s lawsuit and upheld it, sending us a court order, for which we have a legal remedy, to lodge an appeal so that we will exercise that right, arguing the appeal, in terms of the applicable regulations in our law and we will appeal to the Higher Administrative Court, the Anti-Corruption Commission president Ivanovska said.
