Judges and public prosecutors will be part of the 2020 annual plan for monitoring assets and conflicts of interest, the Anti-Corruption Commission said Monday following Sunday’s call of outgoing Prime Minister Zoran Zaev for inspecting the origin of the judges ‘and prosecutors’ assets.

The Anti-Corruption Commission’s statement says that according to the Law on Prevention of Corruption and Conflicts of Interest, it adopts an Annual Plan for the next year, to monitor assets and conflicts of interest, based on analysis and assessment of corruption risks in certain areas, which is the basis for the preparation of the National Strategy for the Prevention of Corruption and Conflicts of Interest, which is underway.
