I’m not feeling well, I haven’t been treated for the new diagnosis. I am unable to attend the trial. I have been vomiting several times since morning, the first defendant, Bojan Jovanovski, known as Boki 13, said at the beginning of the “Racket” trial.

He says he insisted on coming despite not being able to explain his defense.

I have not been receiving the therapy prescribed to me. I was discharged on December 1 from the “September 8” hospital under unknown circumstances, said Boki 13.

Following Jovanovski’s statement, the judge paused for half an hour so that a doctor can determine Boki 13’s health condition, and whether he can continue to follow the trial.

Prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska said that no doctor would risk losing their license.
