Boki 13 returned to Sutka prison

The first suspect in the “Racket” case, Bojan Jovanovski, known as Boki 13, was returned from the “September 8” hospital to the Sutka prison on Sunday, prison sources told “Republika”.

Bojan Jovanovski was released yesterday from the “September 8” hospital, he is in the same place as before, and according to the fact that he was released yesterday, I hope his health is better, although I have not seen him yet, prison warden Esad Rahic told Republika.

It is not yet known whether a decision will be made today on the request of Boki’s defense to be released under house arrest as some of the council members had a regular trial today, the Appeals Court said.

The first trial for Jovanovski is scheduled for Tuesday at the Criminal Court in Skopje.

The other two defendants in the “Racket” case, Katica Janeva and Zoran Milevski – Kiceec, are under house arrest.
