Court of Appeals rejects Jordan Kamcev’s appeal to have his passport returned

The Skopje Court of Appeals rejected the appeal of the suspect in the “Empire” case Jordan Kamcev as “unfounded” and upheld the first-instance ruling rejecting the suspect’s motion to replace the precautionary measure with bail.

The court informed that such decisions will be published in full on the court’s website within the time limit set by the Law on Case Management in the Courts.
