Debar mayor from DUI, Hekuran Duka, wrote and recited songs about Tito with enthusiasm

An old video is spreading on social networks, which shows the mayor of Debar from DUI Hekuran Duka reciting a song about the former president of SFRY, Josif Broz Tito, writes Infoshqip.

The recording is from 1978 when Duka was part of the school’s literary section. The enthusiasm and passion with which he wrote and recited poems to Josip Broz Tito still radiates live from the black and white recording.
