Doctor Nikola Panovski said in a post on social media that he received death wishes after he said the government is not handling the crisis well and that there might be 60 deaths a day.
The government does not like me. The truth hurts but it is what it is. Of the 2,000 people admitted in hospitals, those are the numbers, it is not difficult to put two and two together, says the doctor.
