All seven injured passengers treated in the Sofia-based Pirogov hospital are in stable condition that is not life-threatening, said Health Minister Venko Filipce on Tuesday.

After the visit to the hospital together with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Foreign Affairs Minister Bujar Osmani, Filipce emphasized that only one patient has a concussion due to which additional analyzes should be made and it will be determined whether surgery will be needed.

We visited the patients. They suffered minor injuries, repaired by our colleagues for which I would like to express my gratitude. We agreed to be in contact these days so that after the complete stabilization of the condition, we can transfer the patients for treatment in Skopje, said Filipce.

According to him, among the victims there are several members of a family, the youngest of whom is a girl aged 16, and all the others are aged between 40-50.
