Health Minister Venko Filipce informed Tuesday that he will face the two directors of the Gynecology Clinic, after the economic director of the Clinic Valon Belja accused the director Viktorija Jovanovska in a Facebook post of illegally carrying out public procurements.
It is extremely inappropriate to communicate in such a way, making accusations, it is not appropriate for people who perform serious functions and it disrupts the trust in the health system. Today, there will be a meeting with the two directors. I want both of them to present their arguments, and then we will see what is the essence of the misunderstanding, said Filipce.
Asked if Belja was an appropriate director profile, if taken into account the criminal charges against him for other cases and the fact that he was shot, Filipce said that he does not want to comment on matters concerning other institutions.
The Economic Director accused his colleague Jovanovska in a Facebook post of having favored a company that performs laboratory tests and threatened to inform the Public Prosecution about the case. Regarding this, Jovanovska said that she will not comment on Facebook posts.
