Friday’s arrests, as well as all previous ones, were politically driven and fabricated by SDSM. In the same manner as their communist ancestors after 1945.

1. No one believes them or they themselves believe that they will make a serious economic turnaround until the next election as they announced. Without a background, once in an election year will increase salaries in administration, pensions, social assistance and subsidies, more or less that will be all from “economic reforms and economics lessons.” We did such increases on a regular basis in much more difficult times, but with a though out economic policy, planned, with accurate calculations and with announcements with precise dates several years in advance. This will be an ad hoc, spontaneous and desperate attempt to collect points before the elections, and after they lose, the new government will have to deal with the mess they will leave behind. Therefore, as before with the old UDBA-style methods, they conduct new persecutions, fictitious crimes, fabricated cases, arrests and tortures. Overwhelmed with scandals, making a mistake after another, with the arrests they try to make two effects: first, to defocus the public from everyday big and unreasonable, even to small children, mistakes and nonsense that the current government creates daily, to defocus it from the betrayals of national interests, nepotism, poor performance, racketeering and the crimes they are preoccupied with, and second, to show some power and importance that actually serve to heal their complexes and frustrations from the failures in every field, except for their servility to neighbors where they have proved to be very “efficient”. There is also a third, but it is no longer works with the people: supposedly they are implementing a legal state, in which they are honest, and the opposition – criminals and corrupt.
They are read by everyone, even by their voters on that issue.

2. But do you actually know why those 10 people were arrested yesterday? I read somewhere that there was no argumentative answer. How could there be when those who can and know to present arguments are unjustly put into custody precisely to not argue in public. The former government I led, amongst other things, run policies that created serious economic growth even in times of world, European and domestic political crises.

These economic growths created 180,000 new jobs that increased the number of employed people in Macedonia from 560 to 740 thousand, defying the many crises I listed, and that happened during our term. We implemented many new measures and policies. One of the measures was to encourage construction, both public and private, as one of the segments that promote economic growth, but also the growth of many other branches and open new jobs. Sector that influences the promotion of tourism, industry, catering, agriculture, services, and the private sector as a whole, since every newly built object means a new business, and often, in addition to temporary construction, it means opening permanent jobs in newly built facilities, whatever they are: hotels, shopping malls, business offices, factories, agricultural purchase centers, etc.

3. At the beginning of the mandate, as we promised before the elections, we changed the law and with the new Law, a state-owned land could already be sold only through public auction with public electronic bidding. A little later, due to the incentive to build, a law was passed that would allow the starting price to be 1 euro per square meter, and then the market through a public electronic auction to determine the real market price at the moment, instead of the state doing it administratively and subjectively. Previously, all the governments of Macedonia sold exclusively with a direct agreement at the price agreed and “loose” rulebooks with low prices. The Minister of Transport “privately” with a businessman was selling state-owned land at low prices and it was a field that created many opportunities for corruption. So, for example, the land on which Ramstore was built in the center of Skopje sometime in 2003 was sold for 25 euros per square meter through a direct agreement, and there were many other such “legendary” deals “in private” without bidding and all that with legal support. Such laws SDSM wanted – there were such laws. That’s why all the previous governments had affairs about the same, but not in court, because they legally made it possible to sell state-owned land “with contracts agreed in private”. In 2006, Minister Mile Janakieski defended the new law in parliament, which ended the previous “Eldorado” with state-owned land.

4. Then we detected that when selling state-owned land through bidding, a country where someone could build a new facility from the above-mentioned possible areas, sometimes there are many competitors and much higher prices are reached, and sometimes only one and the price has remained low, ie equal to the starting. Not only would it have been lower, but we also noticed that some businessmen who had more free money waited and bought just such sites, but then they did not build, bought them to keep them on, perhaps ten or more years after they ended up with someone just started investment cycle, or “when their son grows up,” and some leaving it for their grandchildren. “It’s cheap, will make use of it someday.” The government was not pleased with this and wanted to encourage those who buy state-owned land within a certain deadline to be obliged to start the construction and to complete it also within the legally stipulated deadline. To quickly build new factories, hotels, hospitals, business centers, purchase agricultural centers, etc. and not to be left unused. Or, if they do not plan to build, let them not buy, so there will be a second, third, etc. bidding, other, domestic and foreign investors will be involved, thus creating conditions for a greater number of buildings and opening new businesses and jobs in a reasonable and realistic way, and thus growth in economy, exports, more tourists etc. For these reasons, a law was proposed and adopted that would allow the new owner of the state-owned land to build or the same will be taken from him, and the money returned, to allow it he is not building, someone else to do it. If one wants to buy a piece of land for his grandchildren, no problem, there are private sites on sale in abundance and there are no deadlines.

5. However, business as life is not always predictable, so some investors will buy a piece of land through bidding from with a good plan for timely construction, but after a while, things in the business would get complicated and they would not be able to meet the deadlines. Yesterday, dozens of people were arrested for having committed some, actually, non-existent damage to the state, because they did not take away some 4 sites to those who bought and failed to begin construction within the legal deadline. I do not know the details whether it is so or not, and if so – why is it so, but even to imagine that everything is as the government says, I wonder where is the damage and why arrest and media spectacles for such matters. If by law the land should be taken away from the person who bought it because he did not start building on time, let them take it. If the government decides to sell it again, let them sell it in new bidding. If they decide not to sell it, fine. Why are people being arrested? What kind of millions (of denars) damage did they do to the state (if so) to take the unused land for example in 2015 or 2016 from investors and to return their money?

It is the third year that SDSM has been in power. Why it did not arrest both the current transport minister and the new officers around him that for two years did the same thing that happened earlier: they failed to take away the land in time and return the money to the person who bought it. Half of 2017, whole 2018 and half of 2019, the new authorities did not take away the land and arrest those who did not do the same before. Why if they are making arrests for such case, which is absurd, Sugareski is not with Janakieski? If Janakieski was late, Sugareski was late too.

What is the damage?
The land is here. Nobody can take it anywhere. Nothing has been changed, built, or anything. The investor did not make any business and profits with the land. The solution is simple: “take the land and close the case”.
A maximum penalty may be some lighter disciplinary measure for an officials’ omission or a warning. What the private owner can gain of an untimely termination agreement and a seized land? Because, if the state lost money, someone won.No damage was done. He gave money to the state, did not build anything. Then, sooner or later, the land is taken away and the money returned.
Where is the crime? Who and from what got the money? Who stole what?
Why this tormenting of people?

6. It’s another thing that it is a political witchhunt we are talking about.
Why the government and party press service of SDSMis lied that the site of the building to Macedonia square, popularly called “Spanish steps” was sold at a low price, when it is quite the opposite. At the public bidding for this location, one of the highest prices in the history of Macedonia has been achieved.

Three companies with owners from three different countries (Albania, Bulgaria and Macedonia) sharply and ambitiously made bids, struggled to come to that prestigious location for which the contracts itself had already determined how the building should look from the outside, because it is a facility directly next to the central square of the capital.

Partly from what I remember I was informed, partly from what I checked yesterday, I know that the bidding was won by a businessman from Albania, whom I learned that he lived, worked and operated for over 30 years in Paris, where he left as an artist, but he soon entered the business and where he also had his own factory for construction and interior elements.

The same businessman on the road to the Tirana airport had previously built a huge and very representative building – a hotel, from where later on returning from a trip to Tirana, passing by the hotel that was almost finished, I noticed from the vehicle that it resembles a palace that would be an integral part of Paris’s Versailles Palace, rather than a hotel built outside the city of Tirana. From what I was told later, the businessman who bought the location with that firm later “encountered obstacles” on a loan request from a bank for the construction of the hotel.

7. This is the case with most cases run against people from VMRO.
So I say: fabricated cases.  Setups. Tormenting. Monstrosity. Faking fight against crime and corruption by destroying the fate of innocent people who worked and created for Macedonia. Just to cover failures, crime, racketeering, failure to work and everyday failures. Mile Janakieski for the third time put into custody and always with a political order from SDSM’s top leadership. That’s why we have problems with opening EU accession talks. Because they pretend to implement reforms, pretend to fight against crime and corruption by harassing those who built and worked with full force for Macedonia, while the new government is racketeering and looting. Do not you think you people from outside know this?

8. This is also the case with Mitko Cavkov, whom Zaev, from personal hatred, sentenced and imprisoned without any guilt, like the other policemen from his team. This is the case with the others from April 27th, who may have hit somebody, but there are far more lenient penalties in the law if the authorities made a real qualification of the crime. But SDSM unjustly, unlawfully, falsely and miserably finds itself in vengeance towards everyone and qualifies them as “terrorists” to cover their forgery by the unlawful appointment of a Speaker of Parliament.

9. This is the case with all of the cases of the SPO. With closely selected and edited recordings that according to the law are illegal evidence because they are illegally acquired and their authenticity is not determined by expertise, they make setups, judge and convict people as if state, the court and the prosecutor’s office is their father and forget that when they fall, everyone, both the commanders and the perpetrators will be held accountable for these crimes.

In the meantime, they count the casualties according to cases not according to the number of people in one case, because they do not treat people from the opposition camp as people, but as means of obtaining political points and acting justice and a lawful state so that they can freely steal.
