Turnout in the Macedonian presidential elections reached 20.45 percent at the halfway point at 13h.

According to the State Electoral Commission, Highest turnout continues to be registered in Prilep, with 35 percent, while majority Albanian municipalities Bogovine and Lipkovo have the lowest turnout – 5 percent at 13h.

In the Strumica region, turnout was highest in Novo Selo, where voters are also electing a new Mayor, after the previous was arrested for cigarette smuggling. Turnout there was 21 percent, while in Strumica overall it was a little lower at 20 percent.
