VMRO-DPMNE president Hristijan Mickoski would re-negotiate the Prespa Agreement if he becomes prime minister and if there is such an initiative from the Greek side.

After the change of government in Greece and the new prime minister is his European right-wing colleague, the leader of New Democracy Mitsotakis, who is a fierce critic of the Prespa agreement, the question arises whether the final agreement could undergo changes. According to previous statements, the new Greek Prime Minister Kiryakos Mitsotakis is also in favor of revision, but he said that unilateral cancellation was not possible.

Everything that is aimed at improving, increasing the quality and restoring the lost positions that this blackmailed prime minister signed under pressure, we are here to re-negotiate and return them. I’m ready to talk to everyone, I have no dilemma. I am in the defence of the Macedonian national interests and the interests of the Macedonian state and I do not withdraw from that point, says the president of VMRO-DPMNE.

Mickoski attended Tuesday the paving of streets in the Petrovec municipality, where the mayor is Borce Mitevski from VMRO DPMNE. The leader of the party praised the mayor for the successful management of the municipality and the use of IPA funds, and called on other mayors to follow his example.
