The Infinity Energy company denied allegations from VMRO-DPMNE that it is secretly owned by blacklisted Bosnian Serb politician Milorad Dodik. VMRO Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski alleged that the Interior Ministry gave lavish public contracts to the company, endangering Macedonian security as it provided 1,500 computers to the Ministry that could be a security risk given Dodik’s Russian ties.

We reject allegations that we could in any way influence the security system in Macedonia. This is a standard purchase of computers. We deny allegations that the son of Milorad Dodik is or ever was an owner in Infinity Energy. Our company has a transparent ownership structure that can be reviewed at any moment through the court registry, the company said.
