Faced with several incidents involving DUI party officials, Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski said that the police will act against the powerful DUI boss in Ohrid Nefi Useini, whose latest incident involves beating up a professor.

This is a person who is acting irresponsibly and violently. He was called up to a police station, was question and other witnesses are being questioned as well, and we will submit all materials to the prosecutors, Spasovski said.

Spasovski also confirmed that DUI member of Parliament Xhevat Ademi was present at a wedding in Tetovo where his son and another man were shot and badly wounded with celebratory gunfire. Spasovski would not confirm whether Ademi was the one who fired.
