The Prosecution of Organized Crime and Corruption issued a warrant to monitor Katica Janeva with special investigative measures two weeks before she was arrested, a senior source from the investigation told TV24.

As the TV station reports, the prosecution is waiting for those materials to be declassified and next week they will be given to the defense and to Janeva for inspection. At that time, when Janeva was under special investigative measures, she resigned as a SPO chief, and suspects Jovanovski and Kiceec were already detained.

After the investigation was opened, the chief of the prosecution of organized crime and corruption claimed that Janeva was not under special investigative measures, but the decision was made afterwards.
