Former Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva will give testimony after exercising her right to inspect the evidence, scheduled for Thursday, Janeva’s lawyer Irena Frckovska said Tuesday.
The prosecution is obliged to hear the suspect before the investigation is complete. Completing the investigation eliminates the possibility of influence on witnesses, Frckovska said, adding that Janeva was not involved in the investigation into the International Association.
