After public prosecutor Ljubomir Jovevski announced that those involved in the “Racket” case would be unselectively interrogated, special prosecutor Katica Janeva is expected to testify Tuesday before prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska, who is leading the case. She will have to answer a number of questions that have been raised in the public since the “Racket” case was opened last month, in which so far only Bojan Jovanovski and Zoran Mileski have been charged with racketeering.

And while some believe Janeva should have been suspended immediately after the opening of the “Racket” case, she returned from vacation last week and went back to work on August 12.

The Prosecutor’s Office, for the sake of confidentiality of the proceedings, does not announce in advance what actions and when they will be taken. The prosecution has been planning to conduct the proceedings since the launch of the investigation, Joveski told MIA a day after Italian newspaper La Verita published a tape in relation to the “Racket” case.
