After Stevan Pavleski withdraw from defending her, disgraced Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva hired a new lawyer – Irena Frckoska, the wife of controversial law professor and former SDSM party presidential candidate Ljubomir Frckoski.
Janeva is charged with abusing her powerful position as Special Prosecutor to extort millions from businessmen.
Frckoski is currently the Dean of the FON University Law Faculty. The university is owned by Fijat Canoski, who demands damages of more than 50 million EUR from the state as the result of one of the court cases initiated by Katica Janeva.
