MANU makes a decision to change its name

The Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts has accepted the Government’s suggestions for its name change, TV Alfa reported.

The presidency of the Academy has made a decision to change its name, internal sources told the television.

The assembly on which the name change will be confirmed should be held next Thursday, and one of the two options – the National Academy of Sciences and Arts or the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of North Macedonia – should be accepted.
