VMRO-DPMNE President Hristijan Mickoski told Alfa TV that early parliamentary elections in Macedonia are inevitable. He confirmed that a leaders’ meeting on the Law on Public Prosecution will be held on Tuesday.

There are a number of differences that are current between the opposition and the government. One of the differences is in the Law on Public Prosecution, but after they backpedaled, after seeing that what they are accepting will not help the political clash and personnel policy in the opposition ranks of those who are successors to some past times of some past regime, known in this area in a previous state. But at the same time, at that leaders; meeting, I will impose the topic of early parliamentary elections. Aren’t we shining, aren’t the polls good, isn’t everything right in the country, let’s see if this is really the case or maybe this is just another bluff by Mr. Zaev and SDSM, and in the direction of the inter-party ranks which at this moment according to our information suffer great damage and are severely fragmented, Mickoski told Alfa.

He urged the government to accept Friday’s agreement, rather than pushing for the cases to be accepted by the PPO.
