The authorities illegally and criminally through the correspondence of Katica Janeva from prison somehow forcibly transferred the cases to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, without any law, without any notary public to confirm the authenticity of the signature of the detainee Janeva, without a judge to approve the text, Hristijan Mickoski, the leader of VMRO DPMNE said Tuesday on TV24’s “Otvoreno” show.

According to Mickoski, Joveski authorized the SPO prosecutors to represent the cases in court before returning to their prosecution offices.

Mickoski pointed out that according to this, if someone gives amnesty, it is this violent act that was conducted by Joveski assuming by Zaev’s order.

That decision came after the meeting that was photographed and that photograph circulated in public. Where he receives consultations or advice from one of the lawyers of the Prime Minister of the state. And immediately afterward that letter happened, said Mickoski, pointing out that citizens see the government amnestying crime and staying silent before the big scandals that shake the Republic of Macedonia.
