VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski together with the Vice President Timco Mucunski and the Secretary for International Cooperation of the party Stefan Andonovski met Tuesday with Olin Wethington, member of the Board of Directors of the International Republican Institute (IRI).

Mickoski expressed great gratitude for the excellent cooperation and support that IRI gives to VMRO-DPMNE, emphasizing that IRI is an important factor because the past period has contributed to strengthening the political capacity of VMRO-DPMNE, through various platforms in the field of youth participation, strengthening transparency and the support of the mayors from VMRO-DPMNE.

The interlocutors also discussed the current political and economic situation in the country, where Mickoski emphasized that the citizens are in an extremely difficult situation, and the country is facing increasing corruption directly from senior government officials, pointing out that the high level of corruption and crime of the SDSM government is confirmed in international reports.

Mickoski also stressed that a solution for overcoming the crisis, improving the quality of life of citizens, as well as returning the country in the right direction requires snap early parliamentary elections.
