VMRO-DPMNE reacted Saturday to information that appeared on certain news portals for party president Hristijan Mickoski’s alleged visit to Budapest, Hungary.

President Mickoski is on a one-day visit to Austria’s capital city of Vienna, and the visit itself is of a private character, or more precisely since Mickoski is also a professor at a higher education institution, the reason for the visit is for scientific purposes. The trip is with his private car, and he passes through the Republic of Hungary exclusively as a transit destination. The truth is that near Budapest (about 40 km after Budapest on return to Skopje) his vehicle was followed for a certain period by a luxurious Bentley vehicle with Strumica license plates, driven by a relative of the Prime Minister Zoran Zaev. We believe that this is the source of the tendentiousness of such false information that emerged in certain media, which only confirms the lack of ideas of the government, the attempts to defocus from the real issues and the anxiety present due to the poor support of the citizens, VMRO-DPMNE said.
