The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged Macedonian nationals in Russia to leave the country and use the available commercial flights, land and sea transport.
The appeal follows the possibility of suspending all flights to and from Russia.
Accordingly, we call on all Macedonian nationals who plan to visit the Russian Federation in the upcoming period, to refrain from traveling to the country.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia closely monitors the situation, and is in constant communication with our partners and allies with whom we exchange information and analysis on the current situation on a daily basis.

At the same time, we inform all our citizens, who are in or outside our country, to follow and be informed only by the official information channels coming from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the social media accounts of the Ministry and the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in Moscow.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to monitor the situation in Russia and will timely inform about possible additional guidelines for our citizens, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
