Motorist who killed a cyclist in Skopje and fled the scene was drunk and had smoked marijuana

Prosecutors filed charges against a 25 year old man from Skopje who killed a cyclist in Cento on Saturday evening.

The driver was drunk and had smoked marijuana during the crash. He hit the cyclist, killing him on the spot, and then fled the scene. Prosecutors demand that the court orders the driver into detention.
