VMRO-DPMNE deputy leader Aleksandar Nikoloski says that, if Zoran Zaev wants the opposition to vote in favor of a law on state prosecutors, he will have to accept holding early elections. VMRO insists on this outcome following the major criminal scandal that forced the resignation of Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva.

We can’t get anything through Parliament without a date for early elections, regardless whether our expert party groups agree or not. Zaev has two ways to align with us on the issue of early elections – he can accept it, or he can face the citizens at mass protest, Nikoloski said.
