Rangelovic: I am afraid that if we include the Bulgarians in the Constitution, there will be a new Framework Agreement for them

Analyst Ivo Rangelovic said on the “Click Plus” show on TV21 that he fears that if the Bulgarians are included in the Constitution, there will be a new Framework Agreement for them.

Once they exist, you can formally appeal and get a new Framework Agreement, this time for the Bulgarians and get the same rights, says Rangelovic.
