Ratification of Macedonia’s NATO Accession Protocol in the Spanish parliament by February 12, the day when the Macedonian Parliaments dissolves, would be difficult but not impossible, said Spanish Ambassador Emilio Lorenzo Serra on Tuesday.
The ambassador explains that the protocol, although passed by the Spanish government, has not passed through all bodies.
