Member of Parliament Kastriot Rexhepi, who went missing last week ahead of the crucial vote of no-confidence in the Zaev Government, tried to avoid responding whether he was in touch with Zoran Zaev during the ordeal. When asked about this during the press conference in the Parliament today, Rexhepi kept sipping water to avoid answering directly.

After a while, he gave a broad answer that “I’ve been in coordination with the Prime Minister, as high ranking official of a party that was in the ruling coalition. At the moment when he announced his resignation, I called on him not to go ahead with it. Now is not the time for instability”, Rexhepi said.
