Bujar Osmani, the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of European Affairs, posted a scandalous video on Facebook in which he appears as an inspector and checks bilingualism on the ground.
In the video, he is accompanied by the Director of the Agency for the Implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages, Ilber Sela. Osmani and Sela are checking the boards of state institutions whether they are bilingual. Osmani calls some of the directors on the phone.
The video is illustrated with music, and Osmani in the role of an inspector checks bilingualism on the ground. He publicly asks the director of the Administration Agency, Spase Gligorov, why the bilingual board has not been placed.
