Citizens are free to decide for themselves for whom to vote in the runoff, says the president of the Alliance for Albanians, Zijadin Sela said on the 360 Degrees show. Sela’s Alliance backed Professor Blerim Reka, who received over 70,000 votes in the first round. Reka’s votes will be decisive for the runoff in which Stevo Pendarovski and Gordana Siljanovska entered.

As regards Siljanovska’s courtship on Reka’s voters, Sela says that is her opinion.

Politicians do not seem to understand the message, they should not address the parties, but the citizens. We do not fall under the influence of the beautiful words that somebody says about us, he adds.

Sela did not specifically answer the question of whether he will go to the polls on May 5 and says that it will be seen on the election day.

Citizens should decide whether to vote and for whom. We only had one candidate. We will have the final position after the session of the central presidency next week. But I personally, as president of the Alliance, the messages I had to convey, and I was very clear, I conveyed them in the campaign while we had a candidate for president. Our election campaign ended on Sunday, April 21, when we learned the results. Which will be the position of the Alliance will be learned after the party’s presidency session. But our principle is that time has not yet come for Albanian votes to go for Macedonian political parties, Sela said, adding that the presidency will convene on Wednesday or Thursday next week, that is, just days before the runoff.
