Overnight a major drop in temperatures came over across Macedonia and the region. Forecasters expect lows between -9 and -1 degrees today, and daily highs between -2 and 6.

During the weekend, snow is expected across Macedonia, especially in the south-west of the country. Temperatures will remain low, and only slightly creep up next week. Some places can see as low as -15 during the weekend.
