As a result of the coming storm, wind speeds in parts of Macedonia are expected to reach up to 90 kilometers per hour, and around the capital Skopje and in the Ovce Pole region they are already at 50 to 60 kilometers.

The west and south-west can expect snow falls, while the rest of the country will see rain and significant temperature drops.

The brunt of the storm will pass by Tuesday evening and Wednesday should see more stable weather, but rains will pick up again on Thursday. By the weekend we should have spring-time weather again.
